At Havn, we do our best to accommodate all of our guests. Whether you have limited mobility, hearing impairment, vision impairment, a service animal, an assisted device, or require extra assistance from the chauffeur, we will do everything we can to meet your needs and make your trip as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance of your journey so that we can make the necessary preparations ahead of time. You can make arrangements for special assistance whilst making a booking by writing in the NOTES FOR CHAUFFEUR box in the Havn app.
